Fantastic location and overall the stuff was gentle. The room was big and beautiful, with smoke detectors and pleasant views.

The staff was excellent and helpful all the time. We liked rooms with a large comfortable bed. It was comfy and had essentials we needed.

The location was magnificent, close to the ferries, San Marco, and venice and antiquity.

Free WiFi was a lifesaver, especially when I needed to post selfies on Instagram. Having dry cleaning and laundry facilities was fab because, let's be honest, I don't have time for pesky chores. Venice Marco Polo Airport being the nearest airport was so convenient, like super duper convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at La Residenza 818. The hotel is situated right on the canal, with a lovely terrace for enjoying dinner. The location is convenient, with a bus stop just a few steps away, and it's a great place for leisurely walks. The rooms were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the 2 down pillows. The only downside was that the mattress was too hard for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for its tranquil atmosphere, good food, and beautiful views.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The small quiet patio with a fountain at the entrance provided a peaceful retreat, and the availability of a communal room for office needs was very convenient. The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was also excellent, ensuring I could stay connected during my stay.

If I may make one small suggestion, it would be to have a larger and more powerful refrigerator in the room. As a senior traveler, I like to have some snacks and beverages readily available, and a larger refrigerator would have been more convenient for storing them.

The location in Zattare was super convenient, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the Giudecca Canal from our room. We can't wait to go back!

The hotel has a lovely quiet atmosphere, while still being easily navigable around the city. The terrace on the canal is a GREAT spot for dinner with an amazing view. The rooms are spacious and authentic, with a well-maintained bathroom and all the necessary amenities like flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel staff were all genuinely happy and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping area, just a 10-minute walk away. highly recommended for its location, high standard of accommodation, and the lovely quiet yet convenient atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a canal in the Accademia neighborhood of Dorsoduro. It is very close to the vaporetto stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with authentic decor. The bathroom is especially nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.
